We collect the following personal data: email address and name (at registration), subscription and payment status (via Stripe — we do not store card details), usage data (pages viewed, login timestamps), and notification preferences.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide access to model portfolio pages based on your membership tier, send email notifications about signal changes (if opted in), process subscription payments via Stripe, and improve the service.

3. Data Storage

Account data is stored in Supabase (hosted Postgres). Authentication is managed by Supabase Auth. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe (PCI-compliant). We do not store credit card numbers.

4. Email Communications

Transactional emails (signal notifications, account updates) are sent via Resend. You can opt out of signal notification emails in your account settings. Account-related emails (password reset, billing) cannot be opted out.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS and CDN). Each service has its own privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to your personal data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and update your information via account settings. For data requests, contact us at the email address on our website.

8. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Signal log data is retained indefinitely for audit purposes. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.

9. International Users

Portfolio Guider serves users in the UK, US, Australia, and other jurisdictions. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of data to servers located outside your country of residence.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email.
