Portfolio Guider is an educational tool. All content, signals, and model portfolio allocations are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Portfolio Guider is not regulated by the FCA (UK), SEC (US), ASIC (Australia), or any other financial regulatory authority. We are not registered investment advisers. Users should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.

3. Model Portfolios and Signals

The allocations displayed are model portfolios for educational illustration. “Signals” reflect the output of a quantitative strategy and do not represent buy or sell recommendations. Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) and Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA) values are model calculations, not personalised advice.

4. Risk Warning

All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only invest money you can afford to lose.

5. Membership and Subscription

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly and annual plans are available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refund policy: no refunds for partial billing periods. You can manage your subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account settings.

6. Account and Access

You must provide accurate registration information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Free tier provides access to one designated model portfolio. Paid tier provides access to all portfolios.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, and model allocations are proprietary. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Portfolio Guider content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Portfolio Guider, its owners, and affiliates accept no liability for any investment losses, decisions, or actions taken based on information provided by this tool.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
